The Setouchi Shimanami Kaido Expressway, links Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture, with Imabari, Ehime Prefecture. It’s a 60 kilometer highway exclusively for cars and buses that links the islands of the Seto Inland Sea with 9 individual bridges.

Oyamazumi shrine is in Omishima,Shinmmanami kaido.
It was started on 2600 years ago.
This building was reconstructed in 2010.
Oyamazumi shrine has many national treasures.

Kirosan Observation Park


Kirosan Observation Park is in Oshima,Shimanamni Kaido.

Kurushima Strait and Mt.ishizuchi far away provides you a panoramic view from the deck.

Dogo Onsen


Dogo onsen Hot Spring, located in Matsuyama, Ehime, is the oldest spa in Japan, which is said to have 3,000 year history. A legend says that it healed a deity’s illness in ancient time. It’s good quality of the spring, noteworthy tradition, and easy access from downtown have made Dogo onsen the most popular destination.

Naruto Strait


Naruto Strait (鳴門海峡) is a strait between Awaji Island and Naruto in Tokushima.
You can see The Naruto whirlpools in Naruto Strait.

The tide moves large amounts of water into the Inland Sea twice per day and also removes large amounts of water twice a day.
